Founded in 1952 by WW2 veterans Michael Floyd, Peter Slaski, William Challen and Anthony Todd, work came in all shapes and sizes from motorway service stations, hospitals, estate regeneration, to one off prestigious projects such as designing the Chinese Embassy building, opposite the RIBA headquarters on Portland Place.
With offices in London & Cornwall the practice has grown organically through repeat business and a reputation for quality healthcare environments. We continue to evolve and invest in our colleagues’ unique strengths and professional development through continuous research, to enrich our collective knowledge for design. We advocate for places that foster well-being and recovery through considerate design. We want to create better places in society that respond to our evolving need for diversity.
