A charge of €350 per speaker will be made for presentations from commercial companies that are not exhibiting at the event. If this fee applies to you and should your proposal be selected do you agree to paying this fee?
Speakers from companies that are exhibiting at the event, and those who work for the public or charitable sector or those with lived experience have free access to the conference and exhibition on the day that they are speaking.
Do you have permission for images in your presentation to be displayed in public?
In ticking Yes to having copyright permission to display images in public, speakers indemnify the Design in Mental Health Network, and Step Exhibitions, organisers of Design for Healthcare Environments Ireland, against liability for publication of any images or material within their presentation or workshop material that are copyright protected by a third party and accept responsibility for seeking permission for the publication of images or material within that presentation, from third parties, and for the legal costs of any infringement of said copyright.
